Yes. Your Holos account is tied to your wallet address. If you lose access to your wallet, your Holos data will also be lost. Be sure to save your recovery phrase!

No, regular Points do not expire. However, Bonus Points earned through promotions may come with an expiration date.

**❓3. Can I use Holos if I only have a Telegram account?**

Yes. Holos is built as both a web service and a Telegram Mini App, and Telegram is all you need to get started. Your wallet will be created automatically.

A wallet is a digital account that holds your cryptocurrency. Holos uses it to manage payments and deliver items. Telegram can create one for you instantly.

**❓5. What’s the difference between TON and Crypto?**

TON is a specific blockchain used by Telegram. "Crypto" is a broad term. Holos uses the TON network, so make sure your wallet is set to that network.

Cards are stored in your Holos Collection. You can choose to keep, sell, ship, or list them on Getgems.

After opening a mystery pack, you can sell the card directly to Holos. Once you approve the transaction, TON will be instantly transferred to your wallet. Please note that you only have one chance to sell cards back to Holos, and that timing is **immediately after opening the pack**.

**❓11. What’s the difference between Fixed Price and Auction?**

Fixed Price sells your card immediately at the listed price. Auction lets buyers bid — ideal if you're aiming for a higher sale price.

Go back to the Holos bot in Telegram and tap /start. If your wallet is already connected, Holos will resume automatically. If not, please contact Holos support here.

Not directly. Holos identifies users by wallet address. If you use a different wallet on Telegram vs. Web, the data will not sync. To transfer funds, you’ll need to send them from your Web-connected wallet to your Telegram-connected wallet manually.
