Holos offers a trading card mystery pack experience on both the Web and Telegram platforms. This guide is designed for first-time users who want to get started with Holos using the Telegram Mini App — covering everything from creating an account and topping up your wallet, to opening packs and either selling them back to Holos or listing them on Getgems.

How to Create a Holos Account (in under 1 minute)
Open the Holos Mini App on Telegram
Tap the START button at the bottom of the Holos Telegram Mini App.
Tap either "Rip & Hit the Jackpot!" or "Start Holos"
Tap the globe icon (upper-right) to change the language
Tap Sign In from the top-right menu ( 三 )
If you don’t have a wallet, just tap Connect Wallet in Telegram — a wallet will be created automatically
💡 On Holos, your wallet address is your account ID. No password is required.
How to Top Up Your Balance (for Crypto Holders)
Open the TON Wallet mini app inside Telegram
Tap Wallet in the bottom left
Switch the network to TON

Tap Deposit
Select External Wallet
Send funds to the displayed TON wallet address
How to Buy TON with a Credit Card
Open the TON Wallet in Telegram
Make sure the network is set to TON
Tap Buy TON

Choose how many Points you want to buy
Tap Select Payment

After purchase, check that Points are reflected in Your Balance

❓1. If I delete my wallet, will I lose my Holos account?
Yes. Your Holos account is tied to your wallet address. If you lose access to your wallet, your Holos data will also be lost. Be sure to save your recovery phrase!
❓2. Do Points expire?
No, regular Points do not expire. However, Bonus Points earned through promotions may come with an expiration date.
❓3. Can I use Holos if I only have a Telegram account?
Yes. Holos is built as both a web service and a Telegram Mini App, and Telegram is all you need to get started. Your wallet will be created automatically.
❓4. What’s a wallet?
A wallet is a digital account that holds your cryptocurrency. Holos uses it to manage payments and deliver items. Telegram can create one for you instantly.
❓5. What’s the difference between TON and Crypto?
TON is a specific blockchain used by Telegram. "Crypto" is a broad term. Holos uses the TON network, so make sure your wallet is set to that network.

Yes. You can buy TON using a credit card through the Telegram Wallet. The TON will then appear in "YOUR BALANCE" in Holos.

Bonus Points are promotional credits and are used first before your paid Points. They may also expire.
❓9. Where are my cards after I open a pack?
Cards are stored in your Holos Collection. You can choose to keep, sell, ship, or list them on Getgems.
❓10. How does Buyback work?
After opening a mystery pack, you can sell the card directly to Holos. Once you approve the transaction, TON will be instantly transferred to your wallet. Please note that you only have one chance to sell cards back to Holos, and that timing is immediately after opening the pack.
❓11. What’s the difference between Fixed Price and Auction?
Fixed Price sells your card immediately at the listed price. Auction lets buyers bid — ideal if you're aiming for a higher sale price.
❓12. What should I do if I can’t log in?
Go back to the Holos bot in Telegram and tap /start. If your wallet is already connected, Holos will resume automatically. If not, please contact Holos support here.
❓13. Can I use both the Holos Web App and Telegram App with the same account?
Not directly. Holos identifies users by wallet address. If you use a different wallet on Telegram vs. Web, the data will not sync. To transfer funds, you’ll need to send them from your Web-connected wallet to your Telegram-connected wallet manually.
