This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how TradeVault Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information obtained through our various services ("Services"). As a company registered in Samoa, we comply with the Data Protection Act 2023 of Samoa.

  • Demographic information such as region of residence, postal code, age

  • Account-related data including wallet addresses, usernames, and links to social media profiles

  • Messages or inquiries sent through our communication channels

  • Blockchain transaction history, including purchase and sale data related to NFTs

  • User-generated content such as profile images, uploaded media, comments, and associated metadata

  • Financial data including wallet details, royalties, fees, and sale-related earnings

We may also obtain user information from the following sources.

  • Public sources such as government entities, public records, social media, and public blockchains

  • Marketing affiliates or data providers

  • NFT marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea, Rarible)

  • Third-party login services and applications integrated with our platform

We and our technology partners may automatically collect the following information.

  • Device information (e.g., OS, model, browser, IP address)

  • Usage data (e.g., page views, time spent, click behavior, email engagement)

  • Location data (with user consent)

3.3 NFT Marketplace Partners

We may share necessary information with third-party marketplaces such as OpenSea and Rarible to display, buy, or sell NFTs via integrations.

3.4 Cryptocurrency or Payment Platforms

NFT purchase-related data (e.g., wallet address) may be collected and processed directly by the platform chosen by the user. Please review their privacy policies separately.

3.5 Integrated Third-Party Services

If you log in via a third-party service, we may share information according to your settings and their privacy policy.

3.6 Professional Advisors

Legal, financial, auditing, or insurance advisors may access necessary personal information during the course of their services.

3.7 Governmental Authorities and Law Enforcement

We may disclose personal information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies in good faith to comply with Samoa’s Electronic Transactions Act and the Data Protection Act 2023.

3.8 Business Transfers

In the case of mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, bankruptcy, or reorganization, we may transfer personal information as part of the business transaction.

3.9 Other Users and the Public

Profile data and user-generated content (excluding private messages) may be visible to other users or the public through shared content or activities on the Service.

Section 4. Your Rights and Choices

4.1 Access and Update

Registered users may review and edit their information by logging into their account.

4.2 Opt-Out from Marketing Emails

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. Important service-related notices will still be delivered.

4.3 Do Not Track Signals

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. Learn more at http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

4.4 Refusing to Provide Information

If required data is not provided, certain features of the Services may not be available.

4.5 Third-Party Platform Integration

If you connect your account via a third-party platform, you may limit data sharing via your account settings. Revoking access does not affect information already collected.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or platforms. These links do not constitute endorsement or partnership. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Please review their policies before using them.

Section 6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and physical measures to protect personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of internet technologies.

Section 7. International Data Transfers

As a Samoa-based company, we may transfer personal data outside of Samoa (e.g., to the United States, EU, Asia-Pacific) in the course of providing services.

We ensure that such transfers comply with the Data Protection Act 2023 of Samoa and related regulations by:

  • Confirming that recipient countries have adequate data protection standards

  • Executing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by Samoan authorities

  • Implementing appropriate safeguards such as NDAs, access controls, and encryption

Section 8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18. If we learn that personal data has been collected from a child without parental or legal guardian consent, we will delete the data as required by law. Parents or guardians should contact us immediately in such cases.

Section 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. If material changes are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date and may notify users through our website or Services. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
